Terms and Conditions

Rates depend on seasonality, total guests per room and are applied on a per night basis.  All rates are inclusive of G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax) and are subject to change without notice.

Rate is based on 1 person/couple per night (Queen/King bed).  Each additional guest (whether adult or child) is charged at $20 per night.

If guests provide their own port-a-cot there is no charge for that child. Port-a-cots can be provided at a charge of $10 per night (in which instance the $20 charge does not apply).

High chairs are provided at no charge, but are subject to availability.

All units are strictly non-smoking. Guests will be charged for the period a unit is out of service while smoke residue is removed.

Due to health regulations, animals or pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises at any time.

Check In Time    : 02.00pm – 09.00pm
Check Out Time : 07.30am – 10.00am

Cancellation Policy

Credit card details will be held prior to arrival.  We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or 1 nights accommodation will be charged per unit booked to the credit card details held.
